Welcome to RefuWorks (“we,” “our,” “us”), a refugee-led social enterprise dedicated to empowering skilled refugee professionals and delivering high-quality digital and language services. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all related offerings.
By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.
1. Our Services
RefuWorks provides professional services in two primary categories:
- Digital Growth Solutions: This includes LinkedIn Lead Generation, Executive Thought Leadership, and LinkedIn Company Page Transformation. These services are designed to enhance your online presence, expand your network, and generate business opportunities.

Our services are delivered by talented refugee professionals who have undergone our comprehensive reskilling programs.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing or using the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

- Client Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for all content, activities, and interactions on your LinkedIn profile, even when managed by RefuWorks. You agree to ensure that all activities comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or LinkedIn credentials.
